European Placement

The Cork College of Commerce has established links with a number of partner colleges around Europe. The countries where our students go on work placement include Germany, Finland, Sweden, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Slovenia and UK.

The college continues building and developing the network of partner colleges to include new training sectors as well as new countries involved each year. Students are given information about work placement abroad as a real option for them to follow through while they are studying in the college.

In the current academic year we received funding to send eighty seven students on placement to nine countries across a number of departmental areas/training sectors to include International Trade, Beauty Therapy, Childcare, Health care, Business Studies, Tourism and Airline studies.
